Comparing Rocky Planets with a Minecraft map is the best way to hook the children into learning about each of the planets, and the moon for good measure. It is a great way of getting them to use Minecraft as an Educational tool and to add additional information onto each of the planets.

This is a really awesome Minecraft Earth and Moon. It has some much teaching potential. The kids could add additional signs , build their own satellites whizzing around it, label where they live. It has useful teleport locations so you can move from place to place without wasting time.

This is the Minecraft Solar System Build I would use in every single classroom and set it has homework at home. It is totally awesome. The kids could develop facts about the different planets and moons and share them together with the class – it would make a really super show and tell event.
